I enjoyed a wonderful stay. The room was clean with a nice, fresh scent. The bed had excellent quality, and I slept very well. The service at the front desk was helpful. The shower room was great, and the hot water started quickly. I appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in my room. This made my mornings easier.
The stairs are a little narrow. It was not a major problem, but it is something to note.

i read reviews prior to my visit and was a little worried the staff were friendly and helpful i appreciated them storing my luggage for a few hours after checkout this service was helpful as i didn't have to carry my bags around i enjoyed my stay. the room was super clean i was comfortable .
the stairs were a little steep reaching my room it was a bit of a climb.

the hotel is on a calm street it is conveniently near victoria train station this accessibility made traveling around the city straightforward and reduced transit times significantly for planned activities.

I was really happy with my room. It was bigger than i expected! the shower had great pressure and lots of hot water, which i really liked. the super nice team and even let us keep our luggage there after we checked out. That was such a relief, and it made exploring the city so much easier.
It was manageable, though it might be tricky for some travelers with heavy luggage.

the receptionist was so lovely and helpful . i needed a ground floor room due to a foot injury and she immediately arranged it. the room was comfortable and the shower worked well. i really appreciated the kind service i received there.
the room had a small issue with cleanliness near the beds. i noticed some dust and a stray sock from a previous guest.
